Rachael Eckhouse Weisz brings over 25 years of transformative leadership experience spanning global corporate Human Resources, Executive Coaching, and Higher Education. Beginning her career as a psychotherapist, she developed a unique approach to coaching which blends strategic business acumen with deep psychological insight. This distinctive combination has enabled her to partner with leaders across organizations and fields to build thriving, high-performing cultures.

At the heart of Rachael’s coaching practice lies a powerful belief: within each person resides the wisdom and capability to excel. She specializes in helping clients navigate both tangible and perceived barriers to success, leveraging her expertise in relational theory, emotional intelligence, and organizational development to unlock breakthrough possibilities.
